William Julien, MD, MD, DFOEIS

William Julien, MD is a Board Certified in Interventional Radiology/Diagnostic Radiology. Founder and past president of the OEIS, with more than 35 years of experience. Attended Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, his Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Minnesota, and his fellowship at the Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute at Baptist Hospital. Dr. Julien left his traditional radiology group practice in 2001 to form South Florida Vascular Associates becoming one of the first Interventional Radiologists to obtain independent medical staff privileges at U.S. hospital.
