Room Size: Each room is 10′ x 10′.
Daily Rental Fee: $6,000 (includes production, table & chairs, and your company logo displayed prominently on the outside wall).

A convenient 10′ x 10′ room includes production, table and chairs, and the sponsor logo on the outside wall. Available Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Each station includes a monitor for sponsor images or video and displays the sponsor’s logo while attendees recharge phones, iPads, and tablets. Stations are placed in the General Session and Exhibit Hall foyers.
