Event Details / Hotel Reservations
Reservations will be dealt with on a first come, first serve basis, and will be based on availability at the time of booking. Hotel accommodations can only be booked online. Hotels will not accept any reservations over the phone. Group rates available from $189.00 per night. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit with a major credit card. To book a hotel room, use the reservation link provided after you complete your OEIS registration. OEIS is NOT accepting hotel reservations for unregistered participants.
Once your OEIS Conference registration is completed, you will land on a confirmation page that will provide you with a link to the hotel. By clicking on the HOTEL RESERVATION LINK, you will then be redirected to the OEIS reservation page, where you can complete your hotel booking. You will also receive the link in your conference registration email.
Traveling from McCarran (now ``Harry Reid``) Intl. Airport to The Bellagio Resort & Casino
The airport is located approximately 3 miles from the Bellagio Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. Several shuttle services, as well as Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available. The ride will take about 10 minutes and costs vary. Please refer to the website for additional information.
Annual Meeting Program
The OEIS 9th Annual National Scientific Meeting will be filled with stimulating and enlightening sessions presented by some of the most knowledgeable speakers in their fields. The dress code for the annual meeting is BUSINESS CASUAL.
The educational content is intended to address office-based interventional procedures and related research with a focus on innovations, evidence-based outcomes, assessment and interventions, continuous and legislative issues, practice management, patient safety, and environmental challenges.
