Meal Symposium Fees Include:
- Meeting Facilities:
The meeting space is furnished with a stage, LCD projector, screen, and podium with microphone. Any additional audiovisual equipment required beyond this will be at the sponsor’s expense.
- Promotional Opportunities:
- Two email blasts will be sent by OEIS to a targeted audience, featuring content provided by the sponsor.
- One promotional flyer, supplied by the sponsor, will be included in attendee registration bags.
- The symposium’s date, time, and a brief description will be highlighted in the program guide and mobile app.

- Two promotional signs, provided by the sponsor, may be displayed in the registration area and outside the session room.

- Sponsor Responsibilities:
Sponsors select their own topics and speakers. All presentation content must be submitted to the Committee for preapproval. - Sponsors are responsible for paying for the meal and are eligible to take advantage of a 15% discount available on banquet menus.
