OEIS is excited to announce that an additional day has been added to the 10th Annual Meeting Agenda. The OEIS program will now start on Thursday, May 18, 2023.
(9:00 AM – 11:30 AM) Symposium #1: New Frontiers in Out-Patient Embolization
(9:00 AM – 11:30 AM) Symposium #2: Cardiac Interventions in the OBL-ASC: A Practical, Interactive Symposium of the Whats, Whys and Hows
NOTE: Breakfast will be provided to Symposium attendees.
(12:00 PM – 2:15 PM) In-depth Session on Legal Aspects of the OBL. This session will include a Panel Discussion followed by Q&A
(3:00 PM – 5:30 PM) “Tools for Tackling CTO Problems” Hands-on Technology Forum and cocktail reception. The reception will take place in the Technology Forum exhibit space and is open to registered forum attendees and Industry participants.
OEIS aims to:
- Enhance the safety, quality and patient satisfaction of outpatient endovascular and interventional procedures.
- Develop standards of practice for the operation of outpatient endovascular and interventional cases.
- Promote education to the medical community and public regarding outpatient endovascular procedures.
- Support research on medical, financial and management issues of outpatient endovascular and interventional centers.
- Foster collaboration and unity among multiple specialties, industry and service partners to advance this healthcare delivery model.
- Provide a forum to share experiences and best practices among practitioners.
- Advocate for outpatient endovascular and interventional centers with governmental bodies, insurance companies and industry.
- Provide leadership on how this new, innovative healthcare delivery model integrates into our rapidly evolving healthcare system.

Event Details / Hotel Reservations
On behalf of our OEIS Meeting attendees, a special group room rate of $259.00 per night (plus taxes) has been negotiated for your stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit with a major credit card. The deadline to make your reservations is Thursday, April 20, 2023.
Once your OEIS Conference registration is completed, you will land on a confirmation page that will provide you with a link to the hotel. By clicking on the HOTEL RESERVATION LINK, you will then be redirected to the OEIS reservation page, where you can complete your hotel booking. You will also receive the link in your conference registration email.
Traveling from Orlando Intl. Airport to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort
The Orlando International Airport is located approximately 20 miles from Disney"s Coronado Springs Resort and is serviced by several shuttle services, Uber, Lyft, and taxis. The ride will take about 20 minutes and costs vary.

Annual Meeting Program
The OEIS 10th Annual National Scientific Meeting will be filled with stimulating and enlightening sessions presented by some of the most knowledgeable speakers in their fields.
The educational content is intended to address office-based interventional procedures and related research with a focus on innovations, evidence-based outcomes, assessment and interventions, continuous and legislative issues, practice management, patient safety, and environmental challenges.
