Marketing Support Opportunities
Marketing Support Opportunities are granted on a first come, first serve basis.

Private Space for Customer and Internal Meetings
Each meeting room is 10′ X 10′ and will be conveniently located in the Exhibit Hall.
The daily rental fee is $6,000 and includes the meeting room, basic furniture, and your company logo prominently placed on the outside wall.
***OEIS Partners are eligible to receive a discount***
Meetings should not conflict with OEIS activities or events.

Registered Attendee List - $1,200
Receive a list of the registered OEIS 2026 Annual Meeting attendees.
The list will contain all attendees who opted to have their contact information distributed.

Lanyards – $5,000
**Lanyards will be provided by OEIS**
Your corporate logo will be printed on lanyards and distributed along with name badges at registration.

Attendee Registration Bags - $7,000
**Registration Bags will be provided by OEIS**
Your corporate logo will be printed on the bag and distributed to all attendees at registration.
Sponsor may include a promotional flyer in the bag.
