The OEIS National Registry is a QCDR (Qualified Clinical Data Registry) that focuses on detailed outcomes within outpatient interventional suites (OIS). The registry’s purpose is to promote quality and to identify benchmarks for best practices within the OIS sector. The peripheral arterial disease (PAD) module was launched in 2017, with plans to expand offerings to include a cardiac module, venous module, hemodialysis module, and others in the future.

3. ENROLL PARTICIPATING PHYSICIANS
Add participating physicians to the OEIS NR database using the form below using the physician-specific NPI.
Please submit one entry per participating physician.
NOTE:Be careful to enter the correct NPI (National Provider Identifier) for the physician, as this is what CMS uses to identify each provider. It will be your responsibility to record this number accurately. CMS cannot process the reported Quality Measures if inaccurately posted.
Monthly fees are charged to the lab and are the same regardless of the number of physician/providers who are subscribers/participants in the registry. The *cost of registry participation per individual lab is $175/month for **OEIS members and $295/month for nonmembers.
*Cost for optional submit MIPS submission to CMS is $399 per NPI billed annually. **OEIS Membership can be in the Active or Associate Member categories. All enrolled physicians must be members to qualify for OEIS member rate.
