Register for the Technology Forum
Before completing your Forum Registration, please read the following.
Because of the limited spaces available to make this a meaningful educational opportunity, we want to ensure that all available positions are filled the day of the event. To that end we have instituted the following terms and policies regarding the Forum:

- Attendance for the event is FREE
- Availability for the event is first come first serve
- A waiting list will be established so if positions become available they will be offered to individuals on the waiting list
- Please let us know by no later than April 7 if you need to cancel your participation in the event.
PLEASE plan appropriately, we want all those truly interested in this event to be able to attend. This will be a wonderful educational opportunity for those that choose to attend.
