On behalf of our OEIS meeting attendees, a special group room rate of $199.00 per night (plus taxes) has been negotiated for your stay at Caesars Palace. To make your reservations, please CLICK HERE.

If you need a room block of 10 or more, you must complete this form.

Guests can book reservations in the block at the group rate until Thursday, February 12, 2026. After this date, the group pricing will be dependent solely on hotel availability.

To secure your hotel reservation, you must provide a credit card. There will be no charges incurred. You will be charged only if you cancel your reservation(s)
